Catch Up

Thursday January 29th

Today there was planned a huge strike on the city's transportation- so they suspected no one to be able to use the buses, and metros, because they would all be on strike. Because of the strike, our professor was going to have to walk from his house all the way to school. He lived in the north of Paris- i am pretty sure our school is on the very south. He said he was about an hour walk from school. So, our class was delayed about 15 minutes, until he arrived. After class we were supposed to go to the catacombs, but this had been canceled because a couple of the workers didn't show up for work because of the strike. So after class, Brittany, Kelly, Jen, Kim and I took a walk around the city. Later that night we went to the Long Hop. It turns out, we found out at teh end of the nights, that there were still buses and metro was running... figures.
